John Kelly in the Washington Post wrote a great column called Read (but Not All!) About It giving readers 11 steps to read a newspaper. It a great article, but his point is all wrong.
Kelly sumrise that “One of the reasons for the decline, I think, is that many people have never learned how to read a newspaper.” I disagee. Most people don’t really care about reading newspapers, because newspapes don’t cover what they are interested in. They can find the news they are interested in much faster from niche websites. Websites that tell the the news from the point of view they subscribe, too.
