Sigma Chi fraternity at Arkansas State University stole thousands of copies of the ASU newspaper The Herald last week trying to hide a report of an unregistered party where an underage female was injured. Instead the story being hidden, the Arkansas media picked up the story of the newspapers disappearance blackening both of the fraternity’s eyes.
Four members of the fraternity later showed up at the newspaper advisor’s office with a check paying for the newspapers run and several bundles of newspaper. The frat boys claimed the acted on their own and not on behalf of their fraternity brothers.
